On November 28, Moscow Presnya began a new life: not far from the skyscrapers of the City and a step away from the trendiest establishments of Trekhgorka, the construction of the elite residential quarter RedSide was completed. On November 28, Insigma group of companies presented the project to the capital's public. The premiere of RedSide was held in the format of immersion theatrical performance - this moment itself clearly demonstrates the progressiveness of the developer.

At the invitation of DEPARTÁMENT PR-team - the organizer of the event, the director of the theatrical performance was Alexander Legchakov, one of the creators of the hit promenade performance "Queen of Spades". According to the director's idea, the prima donna of "Queen of Spades" Svetlana Nosova and pianist Fyodor Biryuchev were inspired by the love story of a singer and a musician who turned out to be neighbors in a new house.

The tradition of elegant presentations of actual housing is protected and preserved: classical scenography and once adored five-storey buildings have been replaced by immersive creations and premium neighborhoods.
