Any transformation starts with a dream of the future. Alfa-Bank, the largest private bank in Russia, determined what it will be like and invited the DEPARTÁMENT team to help bring it to life.

On April 19 and 20, the bank together with the DEPARTÁMENT team created the future in the "Congress Park" of the hotel "Ukraine". Namely, they organized a corporate conference ALFA FORUM for Alfa-Bank's management staff. Eight hundred top managers from all over Russia in one place at one time - that's powerful!

The forum was held under the slogan "The FUTURE BEGINS HERE". Together with the bank's team we developed the idea and the program part, as well as created an immersive laser show with Dreamlaser partners, in which each guest was able to direct a beam of drive and energy to the target.
