On 24 October, the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow on Okhotny Ryad opened its doors in Moscow.
The capital's public has been waiting for this significant event for several years with special and undisguised interest. What will be in place of the legendary hotel "Moscow"? Already in summer, alluring golden letters appeared on the facade: Four Seasons Hotel Moscow. And now - the opening! DEPARTÁMENT event agency was responsible for the organisation and execution of this event, combining the efforts of a large international team.

"The opening of the Moscow Four Seasons is certainly a level, a great honour and a great responsibility. Therefore, the main task for the agency team was to organise a first-class social reception and high-quality service in everything from valet parking at the entrance to the correct temperature of champagne in glasses."

On Friday evening, the entire social, political and cultural elite gathered at the new hotel overlooking Manezh Square and Alexandrovsky Garden to celebrate the arrival of the iconic Four Seasons chain in Moscow. Among the invited guests were film director Pavel Lungin, publisher Derk Sauer, TV presenter Andrei Malakhov, actor Konstantin Kryukov, Olympic champion in gymnastics Alexei Nemov, as well as representatives of business, public figures and politicians.
The solemn part of the opening ceremony took place in the largest and most luxurious Tchaikovsky Hall. General Manager Max Musto and Isadore Sharp, founder of the Four Seasons chain, made a welcoming speech to the audience. This was followed by a colourful multimedia show about the history and long-awaited transformation of the legendary Moscow Hotel. For the first official guests of the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow that evening, a large tour of the renovated hotel and its luxurious apartments was organised. The stylish interior was complemented by interactive decorations that changed the seasons in familiar Moscow landscapes and panoramas.
