The frenzied excitement was provoked by the appearance of the famous musician, hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg. DEPARTÁMENT event agency organised a star laying ceremony in honour of the artist in June shopping centre. The incredible crowd of people and frenzied activity of fans required from the agency increased professionalism, as well as attention to logistics and security of the event.

Before the start of the ceremony, the audience was warmed up by the presenters, as well as the best Moscow beat-boxers, champions of the capital. The event was led by members of the hip-hop group Canicool, joined by producer Fedor "Black Panther". Snoop Dogg's iconic clips were shown on the screen. Fans of the musician could show their knowledge of the star's work and biography during a special contest.
